This garden is located somewhere along Jalan Putra/Jalan Chow Kit in the middle of Kuala Lumpur. Someone clearly took the trouble to clear the concrete floor and planted the plants a few years back. It looks quite neglected now, but I hope the garden will continue to stay.
It is about 10ft by 80ft, and is located next to a parking lot. If you walk from the PWTC LRT station, the garden will be on your right after the parking lot. Enjoy!

FYI, the paya indah wetlands comprises 30,000 hectares of wetlands, of which only 10% are opened to the public at the moment. you can cycle, and you can walk, all the 10 km of the walkway. be careful of wildlife.
