Junior was so happy to go up on the Eye. He was also interested to know whether there were fish in the lake (!). "Daddy, fish daddy?", while pointing at the lake below.

We went there on June 25, 2007, not in May, and it was Monday, which is waaay better than going there on weekends. Tak payah beratur langsung.

junior gayat tak?
*skrg dah tak ramai dtg on weekend. tuhari dtg sunday, tak payah beratur pun..

Going into and out of Hong Kong means that you will go through another Foster invention. Norman Foster and Associates designed the Hong Kong International Airport, which came into operation at about the same time Kuala Lumpur International Airport.

We were in Hong Kong for about 6 hours only. I want to explore this city further - next time around

it was windy up there.

We took the double decker from Central to the Peak. It cost HKD9.50 one way (about RM4). Try sit on the 2nd floor, front seats. We did!

>> surprisingly for a city that revolves around money RM4 is kind of cheap... Wed 4-Jul-2007 16:32

Singgah di Hong Kong

View all 6 photos...
Our flight that day was at 1445hrs. I did not plan to visit Hong Kong, but my travel companion suggested that we leave early and visit Hong Kong - otherwise we would have spent at least three hours waiting for our 1445hrs flight. We woke up at 0430 the next morning to catch the second ferry to Hong Kong at 0630 (around RM70).

From Hong Kong, we arrived at the Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal, which is adjacent to the Sheung Wan MTR Terminal. Took the MTR to Central, checked our bags at the Central Airport Check-in at 0830. Service was superfast - ten minutes after that we were on our way to the Peak!.
